Marion Senior Services Community Partner Highlight

Chris came to our agency two years ago as a volunteer for our Community Thanksgiving Dinner. Since then, he has actively pursued a strong, reliable, and diverse corporate partnership with our agency. Chris has invested many volunteer hours, supporting numerous areas of our agency, but especially our nutrition department. He has volunteered at several community events, serving food to support our elders to ensure they are meeting their nutritional needs.

He has hosted a series of food drives to support our pantry and has invested financially in special events and sponsorships to support our agency. In his second year of volunteering at our Community Thanksgiving dinner, he served breakfast to his fellow volunteers, to ensure that they too were fed on Thanksgiving.

His compassion and service go beyond our agency. These testaments can be echoed by numerous organizations throughout the community. Chris is a sincere supporter of our agency, and he is dedicated to this community. Chris does not do these things for recognition, or personal benefits, but because he genuinely cares for this community, and wants to see our non-profits and non-profit clients succeed and flourish. He deeply and genuinely cares for people, and we love him!
