In honor of National Mentoring Month, our Human Services Director, Dr. Briana Kelley, was invited to attend a Hope Florida roundtable discussion to highlight the impact First Lady Casey DeSantis’ initiative is making in the lives of youth through mentorship. Dr. Kelley was able to say hello to Secretary Michelle Branham of our Florida Department of Elder Affairs who presented her with a Challenge Coin.

Last month, Executive Director, Jennifer Martinez visited Tallahassee to speak with Local Delegation Members to advocate for legislation that helps support our elders in Marion County, and State Wide. Marion Senior Services is seeking funding to further support their Co-Responder Program.
